Brooklyn to Gangnam announces Volume 2 / Spring 2026 magazine launch event + exhibition at the Loisaida, Inc. Center ( @loisaidainc.center ) on April 4, from 6 to 8 pm.

Location: 710 East 9th Street, (Lower East Side) Manhattan

For this collaboration with the Loisaida, Inc. Center as our sponsor, we featured two artists-in-residence (AIR) from the center, including Ana Teresa Rodríguez and Josué Guarionex.

Loisaida, Inc. is a Puerto Rican–founded, community-based arts and culture center with more than 40 years of service in New York City’s Lower East Side..we provide culturally responsive programs at the intersection of arts, environmental justice, media, and technology—offering meeting and exhibition space, workshop space, a STEM research and cultural archiving lab, and a media production studio that expands community access and self-sustainable entrepreneurial opportunities. Through programs such as Ecolibrium (community science and clean‑energy pathways), M.U.J.E.R. (independent media and documentary storytelling), L.A.I.R. (short/long-term artistic residency program), and historic projects like the annual Loisaida Festival, we convene a wide multigenerational audience to learn, collaborate, create, and lead."
